*Job Summary*

The Front Desk Agent at Clarion Pointe Rimbey is the welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role involves managing guest inquiries, reservations, and coordinating various front desk operations to uphold our standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and attentive to guest needs, contributing to a positive stay for all visitors.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. * Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. * Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. * Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. * Process payments securely and accurately for room charges and additional services. * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. * Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety and security. * Multitask effectively during busy periods while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

*Skills*

* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. * Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred. * Experience with front desk operations in a hospitality or hotel setting is advantageous. * Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism. * Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service best practices. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and courteously. * Attention to detail in managing reservations, billing, and guest information. * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to support hotel operations.

Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
