Requirements:
* Minimum 8+ years experience in the restaurant industry * At least 5 years experience working the meat station (grill / meat section) * Strong knowledge of meat preparation, cooking temperatures, and plating * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen * Reliable, organized, and a team player
