*Specific Skills*
* Report delays, mechanical problems & incidence * Board the passengers and drop passenger * Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures * Deal with difficult passengers and resolve conflicts * Complete logbooks and reports * Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle * Communicate with passengers * Speak Chinese and English.
