*Job Summary*
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, expertly mixing drinks, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage safety standards, efficient time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The bartender will be responsible for serving drinks, managing cash and POS transactions, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. * Use POS systems for order entry and payment processing with accuracy. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. * Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times. * Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cash register operations and credit card transactions. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously. * Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol consumption. * Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in a cocktail bar in Toronto is a must. * Deep knowledge of classics, trends and new spirits. * Established network of industry pears and brands ambassador. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Basic math skills for managing tabs, tips, and change. * Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. * Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. * Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times. * Previous serving or food handling experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if necessary.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
