About this role
Pho 99 (SFU) is looking for enthusiastic and reliable *Full-Time and Part-Time Cooks* to join our growing team! Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but we are happy to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
*Pay*
* Starting at *$18.25/hour* * *Tips* (shared fairly among all staff working the shift) * *4% vacation pay* * Wage review after the probation period based on performance
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment * Assist with food preparation and stocking * Work efficiently during busy service periods * Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures * Support teammates to ensure excellent customer service
*Requirements*
* Valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Reliable, hardworking, and responsible * Ability to lift and carry up to *50 lbs* on a regular basis * Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset but not required
