We are looking for an experienced and reliable *Full- Time Breakfast Cook* to join our fast-paced kitchen team at The Cozy Cafe + Bar.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, thrives in a busy brunch environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality food with consistency and care.
*What You?ll Do*
* Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items efficiently during service * Work the line during busy rush periods * Assist with daily prep (cutting, portioning, sauces, etc.) * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment * Follow food safety standards and proper handling of allergens * Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
*What We?re Looking For*
* Previous kitchen experience is *required* * Experience in a *breakfast/brunch environment is a big plus* * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen * Strong understanding of food safety and allergy handling * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * Weekend availability is required
