Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Perform pre-operational inspection. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Instruct apprentices. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Perform routine maintenance work. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Utilize hand and power tools. Repair glass doors and other glass structures. Load, move, sort and pile materials and supplies. Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding.
