Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Monitor staff performance . Set staff work schedules. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Establish operational procedures. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
