As a Housekeeper you will be:
Maintaining required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures as defined by the Hospital. To be an active member of the team with a range of responsibility over the day-to-day operation. Maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet and greeting visitors in a professional manner. Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors and service users. Helping create a positive culture. Undertaking any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post. Attending mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare. To be successful in this role, you will have:

You will be working at The Bridge, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will provide care and support for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

Qualifications Essential
To excel in this role, you should possess previous cleaning experience in a similar environment, display a passion for cleaning with a preference to deliver tasks excellently, and excel at prioritizing duties effectively. Strong communication skills along with a keen attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness are essential. You must also exhibit the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
