Western Colorado's premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Manager in the Youth Recovery Center (YRC).
Full-time, day-shift position!
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
• Manages and monitors unit activities and provides staff supervision.
• Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality clinical care for clients. Utilizes specialized knowledge and expertise related to adolescent addiction and mental health treatment.
• Initiates, implements, and directs emergent care in crisis situations.
• Performs as a resource for clinical issues.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in clinical counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Colorado licensure (DORA)
• CAC–III or LAC certification
• BLS certification or acquisition within six months of hire

• Good leadership skills
• Creative and critical thinking skills
• Maintains self-control and exercises sound judgment when dealing with stressful situations.
Experience:
• Previous training or experience in supervision
SALARY RANGE
• ‎$36.76-$54.06/hour
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
