We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. This position will be on 1st shift which is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Starting rate for this position $25.00 and up, depending upon experience.

Job Purpose:
Perform duties as necessary to provide world class equipment reliability in a safe and cost-effective way. Perform preventative maintenance daily to ensure that equipment is safe and up to date.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Knowledge in electrical, wiring and plumbing
Qualifications/Requirements/Skills:
• Completion of high school or GED equivalency.
• Five years of maintenance experience is required.
• Technical school or apprenticeship in a skilled trade is preferred.
• Welding/fabrication knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 55 pounds.
• Must have industrial electrical knowledge - (480 volt, low volt, control circuit experience).
• Can properly use power and hand-tools.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must be able to thoroughly troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
