This position will join the newly created Materials Management team and work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT. The role will learn how the team operates, build knowledge of SAP EWM, and grow into a key resource for supporting implementation and improving materials management processes.

Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will support SAP S/4HANA and Embedded EWM processes that help keep our warehouse and manufacturing operations running smoothly. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, ERP, and site teams, you will learn how to troubleshoot system issues, maintain warehouse master data, support material flow, and contribute to inventory accuracy. This position is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in building experience with SAP, supply chain systems, and warehouse operations. Primary responsibilities will include:
• Assist with Tier 1 SAP EWM support for processes such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, goods movements, internal transfers, RF device operations, and bar code scanning
• Help troubleshoot EWM questions and issues, escalating more complex items as needed
• Monitor the Warehouse Management Monitor for exceptions, aging deliveries, and bottlenecks with guidance from more experienced team members
• Support case creation, ticket triage, documentation, and escalation to the central ERP team, AMS [NTT Data], and solution architects via ADO
• Assist with PFEP data gathering and SAP data maintenance activities
• Partner with Operations to understand line-side material presentation needs and translate approved updates into SAP/EWM master data
• Maintain warehouse master data accurately as layouts, storage locations, and processes change
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and help identify opportunities to reduce errors
• Assist with replenishment and cross-site integration activities
• Participate in SAP go-live readiness activities, testing, and issue tracking
• Create basic end-user documentation and support training or super user enablement efforts
• Follow security and role governance processes when supporting access-related requests
Required Qualifications
• Associate's degree in supply chain, operations, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field
• Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, warehouse management systems, inventory systems, or similar business applications
• Experience using Excel or reporting tools to review data, identify discrepancies, or support process improvement
• Strong attention to detail and interest in learning how system data supports physical warehouse and manufacturing processes
• Interest in learning about replenishment, stock transport, material flow, and inventory accuracy processes
• Ability to communicate clearly with operations, engineering, ERP, and site team members
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to document issues, ask questions, and follow through on assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field
• Internship, co-op, academic project, or early-career experience related to warehouse operations, inventory management, manufacturing, supply chain, or systems support
• Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP MM, or another ERP/WMS platform
• SAP coursework, certification, training, or hands-on project experience
