Position Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to support one of the world's leading FMCG companies, delivering packaging and eContent projects across multiple markets in Europe.
You will coordinate the end-to-end development of packaging projects, working closely with marketing teams, and design and production teams to ensure compliance, brand consistency and operational excellence. From briefing to final approval, you will play a key role in bringing products to market while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities-
• Manage artwork updates related to new product launches, packaging changes, regulatory updates, and business continuity initiatives.
• Brief projects to production teams following guidelines provided by the brand
• Track timelines and proactively manage deadlines to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure project status is correctly maintained in internal systems (e.g., artwork platforms).
• Troubleshoot production issues to protect launch timelines and quality standards.
• Make sure that Digital shelf assets are built following market standards, regulations and guidelines
Requirements-
Experience
• 3+ years' experience in project management, packaging production, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or regulated industries.
• Digital Shelf experience on e2e process and production
• Experience working in a brand or marketing team, including understanding consumers & audiences, creative development, and production.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in digital commerce, and experienced knowledge of the digital shelf and driving performance online.
• An excellent project manager with creative idea generation and problem-solving abilities is a must.
Technical Skills
• Experience working with regulatory or compliance-driven packaging is a plus.
• English & Spanish proficient
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
