Second Shift
Monday–Thursday 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
$22.25 per hour
Overtime may be available on Fridays during busy season.
What You'll Do
As a Foam Cell Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality seating components by operating foam production equipment and ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Operate foam production equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload molds and prepare components for the foaming process
• Inspect finished foam parts for quality, defects, and proper specifications
• Trim or clean finished parts as needed
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards
• Monitor equipment and report any production or maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate production records as required
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Willingness to rotate between workstations as production needs require
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC)
