Position Summary
This role serves as a supervisory clinical member within a multidisciplinary team, delivering behavioral health treatment for co-occurring and primary mental health disorders among adults and adolescents. It ensures continuity of care through ethical and safe practices that meet regulatory standards, while actively integrating recovery into daily life and mentoring staff in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and milieu management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or other behavioral health related field
• Hold a Certified Alcohol and other Drug Counselor (CADC) credential
• Licensed in Illinois as a LPC or LSW preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in public speaking preferred
• Competence in using common computer applications such as word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements
• Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance
Responsibilities
• Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
• Provide oversight and direction for adolescent residential services.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of direct care staff.
• Review and sign all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Engage clients and families in treatment services.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
• Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of direct care staff.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned.
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday: 11am-7:30pm

Compensation & Rewards
• Starting Base Pay:
Bachelor's level: $57,616 per year
