ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS

• Coordination with scheduling to meet customer committed ship dates.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance and training to employees in the facility to better increase work productivity.
• Verify that outlined target deadlines, dates, and parameters are achieved.
• Initiate clear communication within all levels of the organization.
• Develop, approve, and monitor employee schedules within the Facility.
• Evaluate employees work levels and review work performance.
• Enforce specific plant policies/procedures as required and take action in any disciplinary charges as needed.
• Identify, monitor, and report on department specific and plant wide metrics.
• Verify and check orders and compare to ballots.
• Assure that the weight of the shipment is correct.
• Determine shipping priorities and shipping methods required to meet schedules.
• Place any orders that aren't being shipped in the right place in inventory.
• Conduct the monthly finished goods inventory.
• Supervise and direct the tasks of subordinate team members.
• Assist in pulling orders together and releases in inventory.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse.
• Trafficking duties include Gather order information to prepare shipping documentation. Furthermore, format the procedures including the set up for shipping out and freight lines.
• Invoicing duties include: Structure all essential information for product. Collect BOLs that freight line has signed and enter PO number for freight lines.
• File orders and enter buyouts for costing.
• Set up for daily shipment. Configure and communicate the appropriate shipping methods per order.
• Obtain information to construct the billing process for customers.
• Handle monthly inventory data. Ensure warehouse gathered the correct amount that has been inputted.
• Ensure that all billing information is accurate.
• Handle customer inquiries on a daily basis.
• Work closely with the leadership team in completing miscellaneous assignments or being comfortable in taking over the job of team members when necessary.
• May be responsible for resolving inventory issues.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
