What You Will Do:
• Perform Welding and Fabrication Work: on equipment using arc, gas, stick, and wire feed processes.
• Vertical and Overhead Welding: ensuring strong, precise, and durable results.
• Stay Up to Date: maintain knowledge of current welding procedures, techniques, and applications to support a wide range of repair needs.
• Attention to Detail: complete required reports, documentation, and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Clean Work Environment: maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including proper care of tools, equipment, and shop areas.
• Be Safety Conscious: follow all safety policies and procedures, while representing RDO Water professionally with customers and coworkers.

What You Will Need:
• Welding Experience: minimum of 5 years of welding and/or line boring experience. Proficiency with multiple welding techniques and processes (arc, gas, stick, wire feed).
• Welding Certifications Preferred: demonstrating technical expertise and quality workmanship.
• Self-Starter: strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent Communication: communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Proficient with Technology: basic computer skills to complete documentation and reporting requirements.
• Valid Work Authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
