• Greet customers and provide assistance with scheduling service appointments and answering inquiries.
• Generate invoices and accurately document charges for completed services.
• Maintain customer records and update databases or software systems as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations related to cash handling and customer privacy.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
