ROLE OVERVIEW
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for supporting software development initiatives by designing and delivering solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on OMT module implementations tied to the Cornerstone program. The role contributes to the successful integration of systems and ensures delivery of functional solutions aligned with business needs.
This position helps ensure timely and high-quality delivery of development tasks through collaboration with internal teams, adherence to agile practices, and effective coordination across systems and stakeholders. The role plays a key part in supporting integration efforts and maintaining operational continuity.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop ServiceNow OMT solutions based on the Cornerstone Porting Solution to support platform functionality and business requirements
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems such as Salesforce and Requestflow to enable seamless data and process flow
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Execute development tasks within an agile delivery framework to support iterative releases and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and development issues to maintain system stability and performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualification/s
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Professional Qualification/s
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in ServiceNow OMT development, Agile delivery, and Jira/Confluence usage
• Experience in developing and integrating software solutions within ServiceNow platforms
• Familiarity with integrating systems such as Salesforce and Requestflow
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software delivery practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing development activities
Work Conditions
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Weekends off
• Shift: Mid Shift (4PM to 1AM) or Night Shift (8PM to 5AM)
