Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center! Located in Waukesha County, Aspen Center provides residential substance use treatment for men in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills, support, and resources they need to achieve lasting recovery and long-term sobriety.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible 2nd shift opportunity working Thursday through Monday from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports, interacts with, and monitors residents while providing positive role modeling.
• Records observations related to resident behaviors, progress, and activities while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment through housekeeping and organization.
• Provides medication monitoring or medication administration in accordance with program policies.
• Responds appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations.
• Supports residents in achieving their individualized treatment goals.
• Assists with meal preparation, life skills development, grocery shopping, and other daily living activities.
• Transports residents to appointments, meetings, and other approved activities.
• Collects urine specimens for urinalysis and administers breathalyzer tests as required.
• Facilitates educational or skill-building groups within program guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates professionally with residents, coworkers, and community partners.
• Attends required meetings and trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
