Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector – Split Shift
Location: Danvers, MA Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:30am - 6pm; Friday 8am - 4pm
Compensation: Starting Pay Rate: $21.00/hr; Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hr
Objective: The Warehouse Worker Split Shift is responsible for stripping down retail trucks, stocking product in warehouse, unloading trucks, building and verifying transfers, and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strip down retail trucks Monday through Thursday
• remove all products and materials from trailers
• sweep trailers
• dispose of products in warehouse in accordance with trash and recycling policies
• organize empty kegs for redemption to suppliers
• Stock Non AB bulk and rack locations in Warehouses 1, 2, and 3
• Load and unload all Non AB trucks
• Stock warehouse in an efficient manner ensuring proper stock rotation and location accuracy
• Build intercompany transfers & Check-in intercompany transfers
• Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
• Stay current with required safety training
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-3 years experience in a warehouse preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility with schedule required

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck
• Climbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basis
• Walking and standing on hard surfaces on a frequent basis
• Two handed lifting of up to 2 cases of beer [55lbs] from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basis
• Occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 0 - 105 F on a seasonal basis
• Repetitive manual handling of half barrels [165lbs each] , quarter barrels [ 90lbs each], and cases of beer [ 27lbs each ]
