Lipscomb Academy is seeking a qualified and motivated Offensive Assistant Coach to support its high school football program.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Focus on development of Running Backs as part of the offensive unit.
• Plan and implement position-specific drills, techniques, and game preparation for the running back position.
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community.
• Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
