About this role

Data Entry and Recordkeeping

• Creating and overseeing invoices for dispatched pallets accompanying with orders

• Generating invoices for Transfer Request Freight in a timely manner

• Facilitating inventory movements within the B1 system, encompassing transactions among various distribution centers

• Participating in collaborative efforts with relevant departments to generate credits for accounts receivable

• Verifying and documenting Goods Receipt Purchase Orders upon the arrival of ordered products at Grand BK

• Performing Goods Issue and Goods Receipt processes within the B1 system, in alignment with inbound and outbound transactions

Warehouse Management System Utilization

• Strategizing and undertaking preparations for order picking via Wave Planning

• Supervising inventory levels within rack locations for orders, initiating the Replenishment Report, and subsequently delivering it to Warehouse Operations

• Generating a Shipment Number upon the arrival and inspection of inbound containers, and subsequently printing the Batch Item License Plate

• Identifying and reporting any issues concerning SKUs, quantities, expiration dates, and rack locations between physical and system data

• Recognizing and resolving issues related to equipment integrated with WMS, including RF scanners and headsets

Communication and Coordination

• Coordinating with pertinent departments, including SCM, IT, and Compliance, to address and resolve issues pertaining to Sales Orders and Purchase Orders within the system

• Providing timely updates to the relevant departments regarding the status of outbound orders

• Handling and resolving complaints associated with inaccurately fulfilled orders and products

• Monitoring inbound and outbound schedules by communicating with relevant departments for updates

Driver Check In and Compliance

• Communicating with incoming drivers and dispatcher to coordinate the efficient movement of trucks and dock number

• Providing clear instructions and guidance to drivers on parking, unloading procedures and safety protocols

• Verifying the identity and credentials of the driver, the Bill of Lading and accurately record driver's data on the WMS

• Liaising with dispatcher on potential issues on incoming shipment, delivery and delays

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or above is preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

• Proficiency in accurately entering and managing data and maintaining organized records

• Bilingual – Korean and English is preferred

• Good management of complaints

• Good communication skills

• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, administrative support, or related roles can be advantageous
