Main Function:
• Conduct training for physicians on proper coding and billing for multi-specialty services.
• Provide coaching, education, and appropriate feedback to staff.
• Review documentation to ensure providers are coding at the correct level.
• Assist staff with questions regarding multi-specialty coding and billing.
• Support revenue cycle process including A/R and denial management.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or company events
Experience:
• 3+ Years of multi-specialty coding experience.
• 1+ Year of lead experience
Education:
• Associates Degree
• CPC, CCS and other coding certifications
