About this role
What You'll Do:
• Support the administration and maintenance of financial systems, including Sage Intacct, Concur, and Certinia (FinancialForce)
• Assist with maintaining resource records, user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support integrations between financial systems and other enterprise platforms
• Support data validation efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
• Assist with project setup activities, including data entry and updates across various project lifecycle stages
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
• Respond to end-user questions and provide basic troubleshooting support, escalating issues as needed
• Maintain and update documentation for system processes and procedures
• Partner with senior team members, IT, and vendors to support issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Help develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business and finance teams
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes, including time tracking, expense validation, and reporting tasks
• Participate in special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Provide general support to accounting and finance teams as needed
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems
• Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and financial processes
