As a Project Control Officer (PCO) Student, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting technology delivery and release management while working alongside passionate mentors committed to your success. You'll contribute to meaningful initiatives, collaborate with business and technology teams, and develop valuable skills in project coordination, communication, organization, and problem-solving.

How you will create impact:
• Support technology delivery and release activities through planning, coordination, and tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, and status updates.
• Prepare meeting materials, capture key decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with stakeholder communications and project reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project and release outcomes.
• Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness.
To join our team:
• You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
• Interest in the insurance industry and a desire to learn.
• Previous experience, an asset.
