POSITION: Premium Hospitality Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Premium Hospitality

REPORTS TO: Manager, Premium Service

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned as required)

• Answer suites phone line in a courteous and professional manner

• Double-check all orders for accuracy; check all means of order placing to ensure all orders have been inputted

• Input all post-event restocks, handle saving and sending final bills

• Manage client requests, expectations and assist with any game day requirements related to these requests

• Prepare and execute daily suites reports including for food and beverage orders

• Prepare the Suite Notes for each event; assist in preparing all other paperwork for every game/event, including printing of signs and menus

• Follow up with suite/loge/lounge seat holders on post event related issues (i.e. lost and found, complaints or requests)

• Perform all clerical duties and provide administrative support for the department

• Special projects as assigned

• Work all Canucks game nights along with Concerts, and Special Events

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience, including experience with related office administrative procedures

• Fine dining experience is preferred but not essential

• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to stay one step ahead

• Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances

• Solid team player with a strong customer service focus

• Superior organizational and administrative skills and a demonstrated attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong editing and proofing abilities, and the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels

• Proven time management skills, with an ability to effectively establish and execute priorities in a dynamic and changing environment

• Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office

• Able to work flexible event-based hours that includes evenings and weekends
