Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for corporate administrative and IT departments.
• Collaborate with individuals in a variety of departments to record monthly or quarterly accruals and corporate allocations.
• Serve as an accounting resource for account coding and invoice processing.
• Record and analyze treasury transactions.
• Consolidate and analyze company financial and operating data.
• Develop, maintain, and prepare monthly reports for management.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis of corporate department expenses.
• Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for quarterly and annual filings with the SEC.
• Facilitate annual budget completion for corporate departments.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous process improvement, compliance with internal controls, and accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Salary: $64,700-$75,000 DOE
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• 2+ years of corporate accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to maximize performance, problem-solve, and achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus but not required.
