About this role
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for developing new commercial business relationships for the Bank, processing commercial loans, and maintaining existing commercial business relationships.
Responsibilities (Essential):
• Prospect new commercial business including team referrals of treasury, depository, and wealth management services.
• Originate, evaluate, process and close commercial loans consistent with Bank's credit policy and credit culture.
• Maintain and provide exceptional client service with existing commercial relationships.
• Represent the Bank in the local community including participation in community and civic organizations.
• Market the Bank's products and services, cross-selling to customers.
• Work closely with support staff and analysts to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
• Enthusiastically support the Bank's Guiding Principles and Brand Behaviors.
• Adhere to federal regulatory requirements, such as the Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Acts, and all established policies and

Required Education & Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years of banking experience is required with at least 5 years of commercial lending and 2 years of credit analysis desired.
• College degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred.
• Proven business development and communications skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Be organized and have analytical skills and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret results to support logical conclusions.
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Schedule Expectations:
Full time, 40 hours per week. Over 40 hours as required.
Required Travel:
This position requires travel approximately 15% of work hours.
