We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our challenging, multinational, and multicultural work environment. This is an opportunity to work with leading telecom operators around the world and help redefine the mobile experience by contributing to our research and development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process for existing and prospective clients, ensuring complete, compliant, high-quality submissions are delivered on time and within budget.

• Coordinate the production of bid proposals, including P&L studies, contract responses, draft development, milestone tracking, final formatting, printing, binding, shipment, distribution, and archiving.

• Lead day-to-day bid activities, developing a strong understanding of client needs and clearly articulating how P.I. Works can address them.

• Work closely with core bid teams and engage subject matter experts as needed to develop accurate and compelling proposal responses.

• Analyze RFP requirements, evaluate compliance with company standards, and coordinate tailored responses with relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of all bid-related components, including bid documents, forms, bid bonds, insurance requests, and final proposals.

• Support the department manager in driving continuous process improvements to strengthen competitive bids, enhance RFP response management, and maintain up-to-date databases, modular content, and proposal boilerplate materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, contracts, sales operations, or a similar function.

• Experience negotiating contract terms and supporting commercial discussions.

• Experience developing pricing schedules and coordinating commercial inputs.

• Experience in the telecommunications sector.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management.

• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

• Excellent time management skills, efficiency, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
