Job Title: Mitigation Project Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

When disaster strikes, people need someone they can trust to take control of the situation. As a Mitigation Project Manager at Paul Davis Restoration, you'll lead residential and commercial mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work, clear communication, and an exceptional customer experience. You'll coordinate mitigation crews, manage project timelines, communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and vendors, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Manage residential and commercial mitigation projects from initial loss through completion

• Lead and support mitigation technicians in the field

• Coordinate scheduling, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track

• Communicate regularly with customers, insurance professionals, and internal team members throughout the restoration process

• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Paul Davis standards, industry best practices, and applicable regulations

• Review mitigation estimates and documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Maintain job files, documentation, and administrative requirements throughout each project

• Follow all insurance program and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) guidelines

• Partner with Project Coordinators, Mitigation Managers, and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule

• Contribute to team performance by supporting company goals for customer satisfaction, quality, profitability, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of mitigation or restoration project management experience preferred

• Working knowledge of water, fire, mold, and environmental mitigation practices

• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Experience working with insurance claims and restoration estimating is preferred

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

• Work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels

• Stand, walk, bend, climb, and remain in stationary positions for extended periods

• Work in residential and commercial environments affected by water, fire, mold, or other property damage

$65,000 - $85,000 DOE
