Talent Recruiter
As a support to the Talent Recruitment & Development Manager, the Talent Recruiter is specifically charged with sourcing and hiring the company’s greatest asset – it’s people. The recruitment of stars (people who are the right fit) is the number one focus.
The Talent Recruiter will have the following responsibilities:
• Review and coordinate the entire recruitment process from Solicitation to Confirmation, which would include:
• Meeting with Leadership teams to understand their needs
• Prioritizing openings and techniques used to fill vacancies
• Placing approved advertisements in relevant channels
• Gathering, sorting and vetting applications
• Communicating with all applicants throughout the entire process in alignment with CBG’s culture
• Conducting phone screenings
• Setting up and conducting multiple rounds of interviews, which includes traveling to varying locations for interviews or operational purposes
• Scheduling psychometric testing or other candidate evaluation strategies and analyzing compensation data internally and externally
• Coordinating job offers and working with leadership to execute WOW job offers
• Finalizing documentation for incoming candidates according to new hire checklists
• Creating and maintaining employee files in soft copy and hard filing systems
• Maintaining active and accurate database of all applicants, inclusive of potential talent for future needs
• Preparing internal promotion/transfer/job change letters, ensuring new positions are equipped with tools needed for their first day
• Managing recruitment collaboration with external partners
• Managing the Group internship program and negotiation of all collateral for recruitment activities
• Coding and submission of invoices for recruitment
• Using HRMIS software to manage personnel files, hiring process and reports.
• Collaborating with all teams within the P & C department for a seamless employee experience
• Using creativity to make recruitment process more efficient and effective
• Handling offboarding process including:
• Preparing acknowledgement letters
• Scheduling and conducting exit interviews
• Collecting employee gear upon separation
Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills, Experience
• Minimum of 3 years Human Resource experience
• First degree from an accredited institution ideally in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Administration or similar discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with person’s at all levels
• Strong, excellent, irrefutable organizational, administrative and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good event planning experience
• Good computer skills
