About this role

This position, based at the Global Headquarters, is responsible for overseeing, standardizing, and implementing the company’s physical security and cargo loss prevention programs across our North Asia warehouse facilities. Reporting to the HQ Security Manager, the role ensures that all self-managed and subcontracted facilities are secure, consistent, and fully compliant with international supply chain security standards, such as TAPA, C-TPAT, and AEO. It also includes executing regional facility audits, leading cargo loss investigations, and coordinating with regional operations teams to mitigate security risks and ensure operational continuity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Policy Implementation: Translate and implement HQ security policies at the regional level, ensuring compliance across North Asia stations.

• Facility Audits & Partner Vetting: Plan and execute systematic security audits of regional hubs and subcontracted warehousing partners, identifying physical security gaps and driving corrective action plans.

• Operational Monitoring: Oversee 24/7 in-country support, including route monitoring and physical security surveillance for high-value cargo.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with HQ teams and stations to manage stakeholder security needs and prioritize risk mitigation.

• Incident Management: Manage incident triage, investigation, and reporting in alignment with HQ templates and response protocols.

• Collaborative Liaison & Training: Act as the regional security point of contact for operations teams and law enforcement; collaborate with warehouse managers to deliver security awareness training to warehouse and logistics personnel.

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Technical Skills

• Familiarity with security systems technology, including CCTV software, access control, and visitor management systems.

• Certifications in supply chain security standards (e.g., TAPA Certified Auditor, C-TPAT/AEO Internal Auditor) are highly preferred.

• Professional certification or formal training in recognized auditing standards

Knowledge/ Work Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in facility security, loss prevention, or supply chain security within logistics or high-volume operational environments.

• Solid understanding of international supply chain security standards (TAPA, C-TPAT, AEO) and regional customs security requirements.

• Proven experience conducting physical audits and leading security incident investigations in a multi-site operational environment.

• Proven track record in vendor security management and supply chain resilience.

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese to effectively coordinate with regional offices and local subcontractors.
