** Please note candidates must be eligible to work in their country of residence - this is a consultancy agreement, IBP is not responsible for any work permits or authorizations.

The International Budget Partnership (IBP) is a nonprofit organization that uses Salesforce, built on the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), to manage vendor and consultant contracts, payment approvals, subgrant management, and contact management. IBP is seeking a Salesforce consultant to strengthen our use of the platform by improving integration with external systems, expanding workflows for agreement management, and increasing the organization-wide utility of the system.

1. Scope of Work

Phase 1

Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks and activities:

• Configure the integration between Salesforce and the DocuSign eSignature package in advance of its end-of-service date in October 2026.

• Debug processes in the Salesforce and FormAssembly integration

• Update document templates for Conga Composer document creation and integration

• Build workflows including:

• scheduled reminder emails to IBP staff on deliverable due dates

• confirmation emails to partners when Agreements are closed

• approval workflows for partner reports and deliverables

• Review and improve IBP’s use of the Salesforce Lightning platform

Phase 2

In addition to these specific tasks, we would like to enter into a longer-term agreement with the consultant to provide regular and as needed support in the following areas:

• Implement configuration changes, including updates to custom fields and objects, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards, as need arises

• Support data cleanup, migration, and quality assurance as needed

• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or broken automations

• Provide user training guides

2. Deliverables

Phase 1

• Configured and tested system integration updates (including the integrations with DocuSign, Conga, and FormAssembly)

• Configured and tested Salesforce workflows for email reminders, agreement closures, and report approvals

• Increased usage of the Lightning Platform

Phase 2

• Timely response to requests for support on ad-hoc/ongoing basis.

3. Consultancy Details

• Proposed Duration

Phase 1: 3–6 months

Phase 2: Initial 12-month duration with an estimated level of effort (LOE) of 4–5 hours per month

• Start Date: August

• Payment Terms: Based on agreed milestones or time worked

• Confidentiality: The Consultant will maintain strict confidentiality of all donor, financial, and organizational data, in accordance with IBP’s data privacy and safeguarding policies.

4. Qualifications

• Salesforce configuration experience, including working with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP

• Prior experience supporting nonprofit organizations

• Familiarity with common nonprofit integrations (e.g., DocuSign, FormAssembly)

• Experience with system configuration, external integration, and Salesforce workflows

• Proficiency in English

5. Proposal contents
