What You’ll Do:
• Install solar mounting brackets, panels, and perform supervised electrical work
• Ensure top-tier craftsmanship and safety standards
• Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Finds energy in working long days on rooftops through all the weather the PNW has to offer
• Is calm, methodical, and enjoys working through a checklist
• Is easygoing, polite, and builds rapport in a team setting
• Communicates in a thoughtful, relaxed manner and is coachable
• Prefers to complete one task at a time with care and attention to detail while remaining proactive as to the next objective
• Enjoys being part of a supportive team and contributes steadily and reliably
• Appreciates and thrives in low-drama, high-integrity environments
• Is open to learning and committed to mastering the craft of solar installation
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Solar installation or trades experience
• NABCEP certification or relevant education
