About this role
Do you love animals and have that special presence, both over the phone and in person, that makes people feel instantly comfortable? We’re looking for full-time, client service representatives, who can handle both reception and phone duties with equal skill and kindness.
This role goes beyond answering phones or booking appointments — it’s about creating connections. At South Town, our values guide everything from how we care for clients to how we treat each other: Patient First. Client Centered. Progressive. Collaborative. Positive.

• Scheduling appointments using our cloud-based software (hello, multitaskers)
• Communicating clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
• Handling prescription refills, medical record requests, and messages between clients and the medical team
• Managing client check-ins, payments, and keeping the lobby flowing smoothly
• Keeping accurate records that reflect our high standards of care

• A desire to learn, grow, and make every client interaction a good one
• Naturally warm, upbeat, and empathetic (yes, golden retriever energy absolutely encouraged)
• A team player who balances compassion and efficiency with ease
• Able to sit, stand, or wear a headset for extended periods
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (written + spoken) - Preferred
Why You’ll Love It Here

• South Town Animal Hospital is a privately owned, growing small-animal practice where collaboration is real, innovation is encouraged, and integrity matters. We believe in doing the right thing — for our patients, our clients, and our team.
