About this role
A-Line is seeking an experienced Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet, trailers, heavy equipment, and industrial processing machinery. This is a hands-on role for someone who can diagnose problems, perform repairs independently, and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
• Repair and maintain heavy equipment, trailers, trucks, and industrial machinery
• Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed
• Maintain service records and parts inventory
• Support facility and equipment maintenance projects
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of mechanic experience in heavy equipment, diesel, industrial maintenance, agriculture, manufacturing, trucking, construction, or similar industries
• Experience diagnosing hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment failures
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL Class A or ability to obtain preferred
• Must provide own hand tools
