Main Purpose of Job: Reporting to the Production Manager and working with the EuroLeague Basketball production team, the successful candidate will provide vital support to EuroLeague Basketball’s Broadcast and Original Content operations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
▪ Produce call sheets for all ELB matches, Media Days and Original Content shoots. Produce broadcast summaries for all ELB matches. ▪ Ensure risk assessments are properly created by the relevant producer, and that health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post-production work. ▪ Schedule all ELB staff and freelancers. ▪ Be a point of contact for any general production enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers. ▪ Plan and book travel and accommodation across Europe. ▪ Obtain and negotiate quotes for upcoming production requirements (including crew, kit, travel, transport and accommodation etc.) ▪ Raise purchase orders and pay invoices for all resources and freelancers. ▪ Contribute to Albert Production Certification including completing the Carbon Action Plan and overseeing Carbon Footprint reporting. ▪ Trouble shoot and deal with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager. ▪ You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

▪ This role may require some unsocial hours and weekend work, and international travel. ▪ The working environment is fast paced, as dictated by the EuroLeague and EuroCup Basketball schedule.
Key Results Areas • Rota up to date and clearly communicated both internally, and externally. • Travel pragmatically booked within budget and in line with IMG travel procedures. • Call sheets - All information to be clearly communicated and accurately collated. • Ensuring all necessary paperwork, filming permits, release forms, and risk assessments are in place for production. • Demonstrates a working knowledge of IR35 Compliance and appropriate processing of payments. • Suppliers and freelancers paid on time and commitments tracked on cost reports. • Shows an understanding of Albert Sustainable Production Measures, during planning stages. • Awareness of the competition schedule, and plans ahead accordingly. • Taking on more responsibility according to experience.
Person Specification Knowledge and Experience ▪ Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of Outside Broadcasts, Digital Platforms and Live. ▪ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). ▪ Experience of working to complex and fluid production schedules. ▪ Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflows from pre-production to delivery. ▪ Understanding of the process and rationale of the cost tracking system. ▪ Has organised international travel, and has an awareness of shoot permits and carnet applications. ▪ Has a working knowledge of risk assessments, and liaises with the editorial team and production manager to coordinate completion. ▪ Has set up single camera shoots. ▪ Has raised purchase orders and processed invoices.
Skills and Abilities ▪ Excellent attention to detail. ▪ Previous experience of working to deadlines. Works well under pressure, and manages and prioritises workload effectively. Ability to plan ahead. ▪ Good problem-solving skills. ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook ▪ Keenness to learn and take on more responsibility.
Qualifications and Training ▪ Relevant Health and Safety Production Training and Albert training will be provided.
