About The Role: Aerospace Electronics department designs and produces an extensive range of electronic controllers for aerospace and defense in actuators control domain. We are seeking skilled and passionate Product Engineer to support production and sustainability of airborne engine controllers produced in our facilities. You will work on design of electronic devices able to drive medium and high-power electric motors and solenoids (control logic, inverter, power stage etc.) in aerospace applications.
What You Will Do:
• Lead investigation of product quality issues, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), warranty returns, repair findings, and scrap analysis, driving effective root cause and corrective actions (RCCA).
• Supports assigned product lines, including support of PCBA manufacturing, assembly, test, component obsolescence
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Repair, and external suppliers to resolve technical and quality-related concerns across the product lifecycle.
• Support product lifecycle management activities, including obsolescence management, supplier change notifications (PCNs), long-term product sustainment, and component transition planning.
• Serve as the technical interface for Sales, Customer Service, and customers by providing guidance on warranty claims, technical inquiries, product performance, and corrective actions while coordinating with global cross-functional teams.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related.
• 4+ years of experience in related area
• Knowledge both of electronic design and PCBA manufacturing processes such as SMT, reflow, wave, selective, ICT, conformal coat
• Experience in debugging of electronic hardware with strong focus on problems solving with PCBAs
• Ability to read components and design technical documentation (datasheets, schematic, assembly drawings)Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team.
• Competent use and understanding of design tools, basic use of DFSS tools and methodologies; competent knowledge of engineering quality systems (PLC, engineering change, configuration management). Ability to run existing standard tools (e.g. layout tools, circuit analysis, dynamic simulation, etc.)
• Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics to local operations.
