We are looking for a Group IS Business Analyst to support and enhance global Finance applications within the SAP COMPASS landscape. You will manage SAP FI/CO solutions, ensure effective application support, coordinate improvements, and collaborate with international business and IT teams.
YOUR CHALLENGES?
Core System service delivery - Manage, maintain and support cross domains Core applications around SAP
• Application owner and L2 Operational support and management of Core applications used cross domains: Solution Manager, Fiori, SAP GUI deployment, SAP Market place for the Group, SAP router
• Monitor Basis Compass Support delivery and evolutions arbitrations with AMS partner
• Acceptance site coordination and TOs follow up with support of AMS partner
• Manage outsourced application support services to ensure Service Level agreement commitment on topics on Basis or cross domains
• Coordinator, Point of contact for outsourced application support services partner for global activities
• Manage Valeo India resources (GISSOC) supporting Core Basis activities to ensure Service Level agreement commitment
• Assist team members and customers with problem solving related to Core applications performance and usage; lead support effort to ensure business operations are not interrupted or delayed
• Provide L2/L3 support to Cluster IS Manager in the domain
Compass projects & Evolutions Compass Core System
• Continuously define and improve current Compass Core applications landscape through collaboration with Core Team, IT and any other partners
• Participate or assist in set-up of systems needed to support new Core processes / applications/ functionalities
• Lead or coordinate the development and delivery of cross domain applications or evolutions which leverages SAP technologies whilst applying industry standard best practices
• Roll-out standard Information Systems Solutions across Group through IS Continental & Clusters managers
• Apply Valeo ISPM (project methodology) and Quality methodology (QRQC, LLC …) for any service issue and Project delivery
• Ensure project delivery on time from functional design to production roll-out at the expected level of quality and costs
• Ensure Group IS standard application and avoid local development within the clusters/sites
Core IS guidelines communication, implementation, monitoring & enforcement
• Provide Core guidelines on Basis process: archiving, support, security patches install etc.
• Provide Core guidelines on LSF Core roles, LSF matrix coordination
• Provide Core guidelines and rules on Core system usage and access
• Group SAP Licence audit coordination, reporting and Compass user management guidelines
• Support External / internal audits missions on Compass, support yearly data extractions and coordination with clusters and implement recommendations
Compass 1000 & Knowledge Management related to Basis and architecture
• Capitalize Information systems into a shared knowledge Data base
• Animate IS network
• Organize training sessions for Key users, IS Cluster & Sites
• Manage Site Compass 1000 audit & roadmap
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU…
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and managing SAP Core applications in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, SAP Router, and SAP Basis.
• Experience with application ownership, IT service delivery, incident management, and operational support.
• Experience coordinating SAP projects, system rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across global teams and external service providers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily communication in an international environment.
