A DAY IN THE LIFE: BS1
International Operations Intern (Data Quality and CRM) A Day in the Life No two days look the same in this internship, but that's exactly what makes it a great learning opportunity. Working as part of the International Commercial Excellence team, you will play a key role in improving the quality and accuracy of customer data across our CRM platforms, including Airtable and Salesforce (SFDC). You may start your day reviewing customer master data, identifying duplicates or inconsistencies, and preparing data files for updates. You'll work with large datasets, helping to ensure that customer information is accurate, complete, and aligned across systems. As the day progresses, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence to validate data, support data governance activities, and document processes and standard operating procedures. You'll gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, data management, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment. Whether you're improving data quality, supporting process improvements, or assisting with project coordination, you'll make a meaningful contribution while developing valuable professional skills.
You're Awesome At
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Data Analytics, or Information Systems • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Comfortable working with data and large datasets. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Eager to learn, take ownership, and work in a collaborative environment. • Ability to handle sensitive business information professionally and confidentially. • Interest in CRM systems, data governance, and business process improvement. • Languages • Fluent in English. • German and/or French would be an advantage. • Comfortable working in a collaborative international environment. • Willingness to occasionally support meetings across different time zones when required.
Extra Awesome
• Previous internship, university project, or part-time work experience involving data analysis, administration, or business operations in health care environment • Experience using Excel for data cleansing, reporting, or data management. • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Airtable, or similar platforms. • Interest in Commercial Excellence, business operations, data analytics, or process improvement. • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
