Work Flexibility: Field-based
What you will do:
• Independently managing routine clinical tasks, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliances.
• Proactively identifies client's needs.
• Escalates complex cases to Stryker’s senior team members.
• Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock, and stock rotation.
• Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment
• Conducting trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as and when required
• Providing theatre and wider HCP staff within depth training on Stryker products
• Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to offer customers the best possible solution at all times
• Implementation of training, provision of instruments and implementation of new Stryker business
• Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.
What you need Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in medical, biomedical or a related field.
• A first experience in the field as clinical support/ application specialist, nurse or biomedical engineer.
• Experience in clinical, theatre work environment
• Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
• Valid KSA driving license.
Preferred:
• Experience in implants, orthopedics, or disposables.
Travel Percentage: 50%
