You will have basic maintenance abilities to help people out on the fly and get Riders back out riding. WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
• 2–3 years of proven, high-performance retail or sales experience—we’re looking for the best of the best.
• A track record of outstanding sales results and a relentless drive to exceed targets
• Basic bike maintenance knowledge to help out our riders on the fly
• Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members
