As a Supply Chain Process Lead, you play a critical role in shaping and governing end-to-end business processes across the supply chain. You are the go-to expert for process design, process governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring that business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
Working as part of the Operational Excellence Team, you collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, IT, and logistics to improve business performance, enable transformation initiatives, and ensure sustainable process excellence.
The Operational Excellence Team is a central function within Supply Chain Operations, dedicated to improving business performance through process optimization, standardization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The team works across the end-to-end value chain to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives. You work closely with the specialists in the team, ensuring that process matches functional needs.
Your Mission
• Design, manage, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain business processes. • Ensure business processes are aligned with company strategy, operational objectives, and functional requirements. • Maintain the Business Process House framework and ensure process governance standards are applied consistently. • Analyse process performance using KPIs and fit/gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities and drive business value. • Collect business and strategic requirements, assess their effects, and launch initiatives to drive improvements. • Evaluate and manage change requests by translating business needs into clear, structured requirements to support agile delivery. • Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations Specialists, Solution Architects, and IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that effectively meet business and functional requirements • Lead cross functional projects to identify and embed process optimization into the organization. • Establish and maintain clear process documentation for workflows, process variations, and system integrations to support standardized and efficient operations. • Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Your Talent
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • + 6 years of experience in process management, supply chain operations, business transformation, or consulting roles • Experience with business process design, process governance, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Experienced in working in and leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives. • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and business process management tools. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. • Ability to lead change initiatives across multiple teams • Professional proficiency in English
This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. To apply for this role, you must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We will not apply for work or residence permits.
