Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $30.64-$47.70 Hourlyhowever, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Title: Sleep Tech/Polysomnographic Technician Work Schedule for this Position: Positions available on days and nights. Typically, 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week.

Position Overview: Conducts sleep studies, including diagnostic and therapeutic services. Deliver exceptional patient care and adhere to standards and guidelines established by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
A Day in the Life:
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies. • Review patient information and assure proper tests being performed. • Observe and document sleep stages, clinical events, position changes, and other significant events such as cardiac arrhythmias, apneas, hypopneas, and movement disorders. • Verify integrity of collected data. • Implement appropriate intervention including bilevel positive airway pressure, supplemental oxygen, etc., including consulting with medical director regarding any concerns. • Educates patients in sleep study procedures and responds to questions. • Identify safety concerns and resolve identified issues.
About You!
This Job is For You if You Have:
• Successful completion of polysomnographic technician program and credentialed as RPSGT by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technicians. • BLS certification within 90 days of hire. • Excellent communication skills with physicians, colleagues, and patients. • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies. • Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
