How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to combine technical expertise with business acumen. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their risk management needs and develop analytics solutions that meet those needs. Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will be key to driving business outcomes.

What you will be doing:

• Develop a strong understanding of the bank's credit portfolio and key portfolio risk drivers.

• Prepare and coordinate portfolio risk reporting and management information packs for senior management, local risk management committees, and Head Office.

• Conduct portfolio analysis to identify emerging risk trends, concentrations, and key movements across credit portfolios.

• Manage the regulatory deliverables (e.g. HKMA Prudential interview, MAS Craft) and co-ordinate with relevant risk teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables are delivered.

• Collaborate with Head Office and relevant risk teams to enhance reporting packs, and support the rollout of new reporting tools, projects and initiatives.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance standards across reporting and analytical processes.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, portfolio analytics, management reporting, or banking-related functions. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and management reporting.

• Hands-on experience in Power BI for building data visualizations and management reporting solutions.

• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data extraction, analysis, and automation would be an advantage.

• Able to work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
