WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
• Own end to end production planning in a fast growing Data Center Solutions environment • Manage complex planning, including in house and external supply chains • Translate SIOP demand into executable production schedules and balance capacity across manufacturing areas • Act as key interface between SIOP, production, logistics, and procurement • Participate in weekly SIOP demand calls and daily shopfloor MDI meetings to ensure real-time alignment • Support new product introductions and ensure smooth integration into production • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean, Kanban, digital planning tools)
YOU HAVE:
• Completed technical or commercial education (e.g. industrial clerk, technician, technical business administrator or comparable qualification). • Sound knowledge in planning and production processes, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Practical experience with SAP ECC in the context of production planning and materials management. • Fluent German & English skills (spoken and written) for collaboration in an international environment. • Basic understanding of Lean principles and a structured way of working to support efficient planning processes. • Structured, analytical way of working and a high affinity for numbers and data. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working closely with production, logistics and procurement. • Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
