Coordenação do HUB do Ecossistema de Aprendizagem responsável por coordenar e executar as ações de desenvolvimento de negócios, mercados e canais.
Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições
• Análise Estratégica de Necessidade: Identificar gaps de competências técnicas e comportamentais junto às áreas e liderança da empresa.
• Planejamento Estratégico: Elaborar o Plano de Treinamento, alinhando as ações de desenvolvimento à cultura Natura, metas e orçamento da organização.
• Design Instrucional: Desenvolver e customizar conteúdos, dinâmicas, trilhas de aprendizagem e materiais para múltiplos formatos.
• Execução das ações: Executar o plano, ministrar treinamentos específicos, criar trilhas de aprendizagem e microlearnings.
• Avaliação de Indicadores (KPIs): Mensurar a eficácia dos treinamentos através de avaliações de reação, aprendizado e aplicação prática, monitorando o ROI (Retorno sobre o Investimento) em A&D.
• Gestão de Fornecedores: Homologar, gerir e acompanhar consultorias externas, palestrantes e plataformas parceiras de educação corporativa.
• Orçamento: Gestão do budget da área.
