• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment • Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions • Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements • Test, validate, and document engineering solutions • Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency What We’re Looking For:
