The Executive Director–Ministry Clinical Practice provides enterprise leadership for professional practice, evidence-based care delivery, and interdisciplinary clinical excellence across Mercy. The role creates and implements system-wide strategies that advance patient outcomes, caregiver experience, workforce readiness, practice standardization, and operational performance across acute, ambulatory, virtual, home, and community care settings. Position Details:
**This is a hybrid role and so candidates must live in one of Mercy's primary communities or be willing to move to one of those locations - St. Louis, MO; Springfield, MO; Cape Girardeau, MO; Northwest Arkansas region; Oklahoma City, OK.** Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business, or related healthcare field required. • Current RN license in applicable state and/or compact state. • Ten (10) years of progressive clinical healthcare experience. • Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with system-wide responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), PhD, EdD, or related doctoral degree. • National professional certification. • Experience within a large integrated healthcare system. • Experience leading interdisciplinary professional practice, education, or workforce development functions.
